Little Hands Creations (LHC) is an arts-based, youth-focused enrichment organization providing year-round camps and classes in partnership with public schools across Seattle, Shoreline, and Bellevue.

All Little Hands Creations employees and teaching artists working on school sites are authorized agents of Little Hands Creations and are present on campus in fulfillment of active vendor contracts with the host school or district.

Employee Authorization & Compliance

All LHC staff members assigned to school sites:

• Successfully complete an annual Washington State Patrol background check

• Are registered with Verified Volunteers

• Complete required Adult Sexual Misconduct (ASM) training

• Comply with all applicable district policies, safety procedures, and on-campus conduct expectations

Staff members are present on campus only during scheduled program hours, as defined in approved scopes of work and site schedules coordinated with school administration.

Insurance, Responsibility, and Indemnification

Little Hands Creations maintains general liability insurance coverage of up to $2,000,000, including required endorsements for the Seattle Public Schools and Bellevue School District.

Little Hands Creations assumes responsibility for the actions of its employees while they are working on school property, as outlined in existing vendor and indemnification agreements with participating schools and districts.

Verification

Employee badges issued by Little Hands Creations serve as verification of authorization, background clearance, and contractual status. Employees wearing an official LHC badge are approved to be on site per existing vendor agreements.
