Service Description

Grades: K-5+ Location: Roosevelt studio, at 5901 Roosevelt Ave NE, Suite 101B. Please review our Policy page for important information prior to sign up. Unleash your inner artist in "Crafting: Artist's Eye!" In this new class, young creatives will explore a variety of materials and techniques inspired by renowned artists such as Piet Mondrian, Yayoi Kusama, M.C. Escher, Georgia O’Keeffe, and Roy Lichtenstein. Students will begin each session by examining the unique styles and methods of a featured artist. From there, they'll dive into hands-on projects that incorporate papercraft, mosaic, collage, fiber arts, drawing, painting, and printmaking. After honing their skills, kids will have the chance to design and create their own original masterpieces, allowing their imagination to run wild. Join us for a journey through art that celebrates creativity and self-expression! Full, half, and partial scholarships are available. Student Tuition is refundable as follows: Cancellations received two weeks prior to class start date will receive a full refund. ​ Cancellations received one week prior to class start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received the week of class start date will not receive a refund.
