Service Description

Grade: incoming 6th grade and up! Whether you’re just embarking on your style journey, or are after some bespoke pieces to fit your niche aesthetic, LHC has got you covered with our advanced Wearables camp! No experience necessary: new students will learn machine safety and beginner sewing techniques, while more experienced students can expand on skills they already have. After completing a pre-requisite project, students will set their own pace and interests for the rest of the week. Select patterns from our existing collection to make with your choice of materials, including skirts and shorts, bags, headwear, and more. Students who want more of a challenge can work with our instructors on simple pattern drafting techniques, and experience the process of taking their own design from concept sketch to completed piece! All supplies are included. *For all new sewers, the first class of the camp is mandatory; please contact Chelsea Cook if your child is unable to attend.* This camp takes place in our Roosevelt studio, at 5901 Roosevelt Ave NE, Suite 101B.
