July 8-12: Quilting & Patchwork

Service Description

Grades: incoming 2nd grade and up! Welcome to Little Hands Creations’ Quilting Summer Camp! This engaging and hands-on camp is tailored to introduce young learners to the art of quilting, patchwork, and machine sewing. Throughout the program, participants will embark on a creative journey, honing their sewing skills and developing a deep appreciation for the art of quilting. Students will start with a simple 4-square pillow, and then advance to more complex quilting patterns like the optical sawtooth and electric fan. Students can also make quilted items, like purses, phone cases, skirts, anything they can think of! Students will leave camp with multiple quilted projects and a sense of accomplishment, ready to continue their creative journey into the world of fabric arts. *For all new sewers, the first class of the camp is mandatory; please contact Chelsea Cook if your child is unable to attend.* This camp takes place in our Roosevelt studio, at 5901 Roosevelt Ave NE, Suite 101B. Cancellation Policy

Student Tuition is refundable as follows: Cancellations received two weeks prior to class start date will receive a full refund. ​ Cancellations received one week prior to class start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received the week of class start date will not receive a refund.
