Thursday Loom Knitting and Weaving
Learn the art of knitting and loom weaving!
Service Description
Grades: 2-6 Dates: 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, NO 11/24, 12/1, 12/8, 12/15- 11 classes Time: 3:30-5:30pm Location: Come join us in our BRAND NEW SPACE! 5901 Roosevelt Way NE, 98105 Learn the art of knitting and loom weaving! Knitting helps kids develop fine motor skills and lengthen attention spans, as well as being therapeutic because of it’s rhythmic repetitive movements (They also make the cutest darn project I’ve ever seen!) Beginners will start slowly with finger knitting, before moving on to our handy knitting looms. Those that are adventurous and advanced can move on to work with our knitting needles. Projects include book markers, woven coasters (or doll blankets, depending on how you look at them), stuffed animals, hats, headbands, pouches, yarn crafting, and more! Full, half, and partial scholarships are available. Please email littlehandscreations@gmail.com for more information! Please note that LHC policy still required students to mask for all indoor classes and camps. Covid-19 Vaccination Verification required for the Fall 2022 session.
Cancellation Policy
Student Tuition is refundable as follows: Cancellations received two weeks prior to class start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received one week prior to class start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received the week of class start date will not receive a refund.
